Splinter Cell: Pandora Tomorrow is the second game in the Splinter Cell series. It is an action game , but not like the rest of the series here, they seek to survive and not be seen (a phenomenon that began with the Metal Gear Solid series). The player assumes the role of the specially trained agent Sam Fisher , a “Splinter Cell” working in a top-secret part of the US NSACalled “Third Echelon”. He is trained to be invisible and carry out their mission without the enemy noticing that he had been there. To help, he has several technical tools and weapons. He is also in constant radio contact with their manager and a team that can process the information that Sam finds, and provide him with important information when needed.
The year is 2006 , and the United States established a military base in East Timor , recently separated from Indonesia . This is not like guerrilla group Darah Dan Doah , led by the notorious Suhadi Sadono . He organizes an attack against the US embassy in Dili and takes several Americans hostage. Sam Fisher is sent in to find out if the guerrillas have come across some secret information. When he is there, he informed that Sadono collaborate with someone who will give him anything and he’ll find it in one place in Paris . When Sam has accomplished his mission sent Delta Forcein, which takes back the embassy. But Sadono manage to escape.
To get him started the US a major military campaign in Indonesia . But it turns out that what Sadono would get was several containers of smallpox . The virus is stored in special containers called ND133 , used in a cryogenic laboratory in Paris , and was stolen by CIA agent Norman Soth . The virus comes from a Syrian terrorist cell in Jerusalem. Soth has placed containers in various locations in the United States. Every day calling Sadono to these places in order to prevent the virus will be released that day. This means that if he dies or is captured so the virus will be released, and millions of Americans are dying. Then Sadono fighting in front against US forces, they must withdraw for fear of killing him.
Now have to Third Echelon , with the help of Sam Fisher, find out where the containers with the virus is before it’s too late.
